 Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) describes a system of natural healing involving the laying-on of hands that is thousands of years old. It is a very simple, but powerful healing technique that can empower other actions and therapies, and is easily given and received by anyone.
Reiki is not "taught" in the traditional sense, but is "received" by the student through attunements from a Reiki Master. Reiki is a universal life-force energy that initiates the healing process in every cell, resulting in more profound healing on all levels. Anyone can "learn" Reiki - it is not dependent on either intellectual or spiritual knowledge or ability - and, once received, lasts a lifetime.
As Reiki not only works well with all other therapies, but actively empowers them, some basic knowledge in other therapies/modalities is also included in each workshop.

Reiki Master Initiation
This workshop is for Reiki students who have been attuned to Levels I and II and are ready to receive the Level III attunement training and the final master symbol. It is one of the highest marks that a person learning Reiki can receive. Once you receive it, you officially become a Reiki Master.
Reiki Masters can become Reiki Teachers once they have been taught the ability to pass attunements to Reiki beginners. They can then train students to become practitioners, practitioners to become masters, and masters to become fellow teachers like them.
